I've being saying that since Harbaugh got fired (around the campus). That being said, techniccally, Steelers still own Mike's contract so it would have to be a trade (at least for Tomlin to Baltimore). Also, IYDK, Tomlin played his college ball (and pledged Kappa Alpha Psi, INC.) while at William & Mary (close to MD)
They won't. You will making a huge mistake if you underestimate Vrabel. He knows what's at stake and you can expect him to have his team ready for war. The way they dismantled the Chargers - especially the can of whoop ass they opened on Herbert was absolutely scary. After watching just how shaky CJ was against the Steelers, I have real concerns about what he'll look like against the Pats - especially if they come at him like they did to Herbert.
Agree 100% about Stroud. And you can bet the farm that Vrabel will have his defense ready to go after CJ in the same manner they did against Herbert. They will be coming for him and it will be up to CJ to show what he's made of to the Pats and the rest of the league.
That goes both ways. Our D is tailor made to stop him and he’s young without much help. He’s also extremely talented and capable of carrying a team by himself. Wide range of possibilities
Several and of course no Omarion. You play who is in front of you but the Pats have had a cakewalk schedule.
Honestly, it was probably a sign of respect that Pitre didn't take that opportunity to lay a crushing block on Rodgers. I'm pretty sure he could have done much more than just sort of help shove him out of the way. Maybe he knew that would have drawn a penalty and was playing smart, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was more out of respect.
Caley had his best game calling plays. Really seems like they were saving plays for the playoffs. Guys were wide open often. Game should have really been a blow out from the start if we just protected the ball.
Steelers owner Art Rooney II suggested QB Aaron Rodgers won’t return for the 2026 season. Rooney said during a Wednesday press conference that Rodgers came to Pittsburgh last offseason to “play for Mike [Tomlin].” With Tomlin parting ways with the Steelers on Tuesday, there’s vanishingly little chance Rodgers will return for a second season with the Steelers.
