traitor george parroting intellectual dishonesty, what else is new!

    this is what El-Erian said
"so far, the consumer is carrying the least of the tariff burden".

the liar, St Onge, spins this to mean that consumer is not paying for the tariff
Traitor's ignorance on tariffs manifests itself.

Will the Supreme Court invalidate President Trump’s tariffs based on the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) ?

an adverse Supreme Court ruling could lead to tariff refunds BIGLY.

Costco is among a host of companies that already have filed suit to receive refunds if the tariffs are found to be illegal. Census data thru
Dec. 14 indicates that $81.7 billion in revenue had been collected from tariffs imposed under the IEEPA.

LOL robust job growth. This year was the least jobs added in a single year in over a decade. Again who exactly are you fooling with your propoganda? 3 of the past 4 months and negative job growth. Not a single month under biden did we have negative job growth. Nobody is buying your propoganda. Trumps economic approval is lower than any month of biden.

    2. "Covid era subsidy" extending Healthcare subsidies for 40 million Americans cost less than what you dumbasses gave Argentina. You people are a disgrace

Trump getting things DONE to try to lower prices for the American consumer. As a reminder, Democrats didn't lift a finger to help Americans with their cost of living -- and this is after Democrats ruinous policies gave us 9% inflation one year. Quite the contrast. With Trump, Americans have money in their pocket.

Americans had less debt under Biden with a better job market with cheaper insurance premiums + student loan payments.

How come you dont talk about Trump ending Biden Save plan which millions of Americans were on which made student loans more affordable?

Just completely false. Americans saw the country's debt BALLOON under BIden, as runaway budget deficits caused inflation to SOAR. This forced the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates dramatically in the 2nd half of Biden's term. This made housing unaffordable and prevented millions of Americans from purchasing homes. Meanwhile, billions were going towards extending temporary COVID-era enhanced healthcare benefits, which when the Democrats set these up, they made them sunset. That is what you are citing when you dishonestly say insurance premiums are going up... when the Dems drew it up that way in the first place... Furthermore, all that spending on artificially lowering insurance premiums just added to the debt and forced inflation higher...

Liberals' economic instincts are so horrible. Everything they propose has unintended consequences that cancel out any benefit and create more problems! They are awful policy makers... which is why they rely on deception and feels to trick low-IQ voters.

First your problem was inflation, then GDP growth, then unemployment... etc, etc... and with each and every one of your accusations proven to be demonstrably false by this Trump GOLDEN ERA economy, you have now been reduced to arguing over a narrow slice of economic data -- consumer debt. Look at how far you have descended as you try to grasp for arguments as the economy soars.

This economy is booming -- even you should be able to see this by tracking which arguments you can't even make anymore (inflation, growth, employment, trade deficits, stock market, etc). What's your next argument, that a CVS store in Queens lost 5% of their revenue year-on-year? LOL. You've lost amigo -- at this point your are in maybe the bottom 2% of liberal brainwashed/programmed political followers who refuse to face reality.

Trump 2.0 tariffs increase the cost of import goods, as graphically depicted by the St Louis Fed Reserve

In the U.S., prices for durable goods—such as vehicles, electronics and furniture—have increased noticeably.
These price movements align with the timing of tariff hikes earlier this year.

the intellectually dishonest Traitor George, shame on you, as even Fox News has been reporting that,
since trump 2.0 took office, US national debts continue to increase.
    deficit grows to nearly $2T even as Trump 2.0 tariffs increase revenue;
it has widened by nearly $100 billion from Biden's last year in office

BOOMING economy -- robust economic growth, and a strong jobs market. Remember 250,000 bloated government jobs were cut and think about all the jobs that were freed up when illegals self-deported or refused and then were forcibly deported. To have these employment numbers in the face of those reductions (that the people voted for), is nothing short of amazing. The jobs growth we've seen is factoring in these important cuts... which will ultimately work to lower spending and shrink our budget deficit... which is what will drive inflation even lower. Trump's policies simply work.

Breh, don’t engage with Baghdad Bob aka astro123. He is a liar and a fool. Remember how he had spent the last 5 years trying to convince everyone in here that demented Biden is the greatest president of all time?

More great news on inflation -- Trump has lowered it substantially -- as he said he would. Libs are probably mad about this, even though it helps American families!

Inflation eases in December, core consumer prices rise at slowest pace since March 2021, CPI report shows
    https://finance.yahoo.com/news/infl...ce-march-2021-cpi-report-shows-133127603.html

Inflation eased in December as core consumer prices rose at the slowest annual rate since March 2021 in the final month of the year.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics on Tuesday morning showed that on a "core" basis — which excludes the more volatile categories of food and energy — consumer prices rose 0.2% over the previous month and 2.6% over the previous year.

The Biden inflation blunder is being fixed.

What do liberals do other than wreck the economy, start wars, raise taxes, open the borders wide for illegal immigration, and create rampant fraud? How can anyone vote for the Democrat party ever again?

Ford expanding US operations. No surprise -- we are just entering the phase of the tariffs where we begin to see the investments kick in... The tariffs have bee played masterfully. The turbulence is behind us, we navigated through it with very low inflation, and now here comes the jobs and manufacturing investment. Trump has proven the economists wrong again.

The affordability crisis worsens under Trumpp 2.0

grocery prices had not fallen back to pre‑pandemic levels.¹ Mortgage rates hovered above 6%, grocery bills stayed high
relative to 2019, and essentials like ground beef, electricity, and homeowners insurance were climbing sharply.
