Trump limits rates that banks can charge on credit cards

    He actually hasn't done anything about it except make a statement. That doesn't make it happen.

    Did you support this back in March? Because most republicans, including Trump did not..

    Both were stalled by republicans.


    I hope it happens, but if it's merely a 1 year cap (like it appears to be) in order to get past the midterms, I'd much rather one of the above bills get passed.
