I think what you're seeing is the car moving right, and Ross moving right, and assuming that means the car hit Ross. Ross moves as the car moves because he put his hand on the car. There is no angle that shows Ross' upperbody unobscured in relation to the vehicle, but there are alternate angles showing Ross' lower half well clear of the front of the vehicle as he leans toward the vehicle to shoot Good. In the rear angle, Ross' upperhalf is obscured by an agent in the foreground, however, the front of the vehicle is visible and Ross is not in front of it as it accelerates. His lower half is clearly perpendicular to the front left fender and a foot or two beyond the left front tire. As such, it is physically impossible for him to have been in front of the vehicle and in its path, therefore even IF Ross' upperbody made contact with the vehicle it would have been due to Ross' own movement/actions and not Good's. It's exactly as it looked on day 1. Nothing has changed. Your bias is really showing here. The cell phone video doesn't show any contact. The moment Good accelerates you hear Ross say "Oh!" and then you hear random muffled sounds and jumbled video consistent with someone fumbling their phone. I assume the video/audio is obscured this way because Ross was holding the phone in his left hand, which he put on the vehicle as it moved away. That's not what a 'motive' is. Motive means intent. The only part of Good we see in the video tells us she lacked intent.
Hyperbole about them trying to kill him, but those people deserve any injuries they sustain from being run over by a vehicle.
A couple of things are hilarious- in hindsight. 1. The officer was in the frontal area - He didn't walk up and casually lean into the car to initiate contact with the vehicle- The car was lunging towards his direction. It didn't matter the intent. ( you can say all you want about well she was turning the steering wheel- ) What mattered was the erratic actions - we already know this individual was more than willing to leave her wife on the side of the road - so normalized expectations of behavior was out the window - from the officer's perspective- he was in the frontal area. The car was moving in his direction - The ground was slippery. This was a situation any of us would have a fear for our safety. Multiple legal experts have weighed in on footage and agree this was clear self defense- people with more expertise than all of us in this forum. Fighting ICE in the streets does nothing - not only is this illegal, but it frankly does nothing except put your life on the line for someone that might not even care about you that is illegal and potentially more criminal behavior that might not be known by everyone.... Plus, You think any illegal really gives 2 shitts about "Good" lol ... they are likely thinking crazy white person gone - o well , now how do I continue to run a fake daycare operation to milk the state of millions ?!
I think you're grasping at straws to justify your political point of view. A lot of people see it differently than you, and they may be doing the same. A lot of legal experts have also come out and said he was not justified, and was to the side of the vehicle when he shot, including a guy that ran the FBIs investigations on these specific types of incidences (officer involved shootings)for two years, who has said that he didn't have one non justified shooting. It's obviously a decisive thing. I get that. I also am of the opinion that she shouldn't have been there doing what she was doing and should have been arrested for it, but the ICE officers acted as if they were poorly trained and handled the situation extremely poorly, up to and including one of them murdering someone they should not have. There are plenty of other videos of ICE agents liberally using pepper spray on people. Why wasn't that done here? Why did this officer place himself in front of the vehicle, especially if he supposedly had PTSD from being drug before (maybe he did the same not so smart move then, too?)? There are many questions. Little answers. That's how this administration wants to keep it. The fact that these people are clearly poorly trained and undersupervised should go further up the chain of command, and have repercussions. It's a shame to and a disservice to the ICE agents. But now they're sending more of them?!? I guess stupid is as stupid does. (That's not directed at you)
The left's popularization of siege warfare blockades of public streets is going to get people killed. But they can still claim they are nonviolent.
Step away from the internet for a bit. This video shows just how desensitized we have become. Whether you think it was self defense or not - this 37 year old mother of two was shot in the face three times and is dead. It isn’t a movie or video game, and isn’t funny.
The OKies here are liars. There's no way they would stand up and take a bullet because dear leader had a 'reason'. They would not stand there and say 'I regret that I have but one life to give for my Trumpy'. Kids are karma. Cardiovascular disease is also karma.
This is the exact moment the first shot is fired by Ross. Does this look like he's in front of the vehicle, or in its imminent path to you? If so, you might need to go see a doctor.
Summarizes this thread. Now if only we had some far left people in here making **** up to counterbalance the far right idiots and their made up nonsense it would be perfect.
