Not according to DoJ training manuals. Her words. "I'm angry at you dude, You're okay" His words... "F'n B----" Her actions turned the wheel away from him in forward and reverse. His actions shot her and killed her.

It's been functioning perfectly until Obama became the divider in chief.

Truth is conservatives are fed up with the libs BS and aren't going to be dealing with the BS currently going on in Minneapolis like they did with Floyd deal with it.

Another question is when libs say why cant we find common ground on a subject, why is it the conservatives always have to be the side that gives stuff up to reach a compromise? That crap is ending too. Deal with it.

Look at Minneapolis, tell me there's not a war on the rule of law and fraud.

Bottom line is she tried to run over him and got herself killed because of her poor decision making. You can spin this anyway you like. FAFO.is in full force in Minneapolis and these paid protestors better start taking notice. ICE isn't messing around. What I wonder is can the National Guard be brought in under current law?

She didn't try and run him over. She could have. But was training the steering wheel and her tires away from him. Not towards him.

I looked at the video as many as I could see. She didn't deserve to be killed. Her child didn't deserve to lose her mother.

I would say that if you watch the body camera footage from the shooting of Ta'kiya Young, it looks nearly identical to this case. In that case there are two officers, one at the front left of the car, one at the driver's door attempting to get the person out of the car. The driver starts driving forward and to the right, striking the officer at the front left of the car and that officer shoots her through the windshield. The officer was not seriously injured. The driver (and her child in utero) were killed. The officer was tried and acquitted on all charges
Officer acquitted in death of Ta'Kiya Young, a pregnant Black mother accused of shoplifting
and just cleared by a use of force review board
A use-of-force review board clears the officer who fatally shot Ta'Kiya Young and her unborn child

What a dumb response. The ICE officer was never hit by the vehicle and in this instance the ICE officer told her to move away. Also the ICE officer calling her a b**** and clearly happy after killing his mood

She definitely got what she deserved. I love the obvious lies that she just was dropping her kid off and had no inclination to cause havoc .. when in the video you posted - she clearly turned her vehicle sideways perpendicular to impede federal enforcement from doing their jobs - most of America is tired of illegal immigrants getting a free pass to do things like murder real citizens and cheat the system-

ICE Should never be fought in the streets, but fought in court if these leftist nutcases don't agree

anyhow - Her wife partner is dancing around talking about packing lunches and talking nonsensical stuff and just erratic behavior...so at the end, the driver -she's just going to launch off I guess and leave her partner out in the cold / makes no sense but then again everything they did has no basis in logical sense.... So the officer notices, the car is lunging at him and even hits him- As camera angles clearly shows his body being jolted by the car-He has the right to defend himself per state statue .

Exactly- and then you have people saying well he was kinda on the side of the front when he was hit and not directly in front and ran over ...or even saying well he was not hit at all, and that camera angle of his body being jolted was "magical AI perhaps"

The threat of serious bodily injury was definite

as shown below we clearly see he was hit even as the video some mentioned was too fast is slowed down

I've watched it slowed down. There is no indication he was hit by the car. Especially when multiple videos from different angles are observed.

we definitely see his body reacting so I have to disagree with you and I'm going to defer to the legal expert that explained it on video

It's a textbook case in liberal psychology.

They have gotten so used to blatantly ignoring the truth in front of them and moving the goalposts, they think by protesting, burning down a McDonalds and screaming loud enough they'll get their way. It worked for a while, but the adults are in charge now. FAFO is a law that applies to all people regardless of orientation, gender, race.

This is not a debatable issue whatsoever.

Dr. Joseph B. Sakran writes for USA Today about ICE’s refusal to allow a doctor to attend to Renee Nicole Good.

...the recent shooting in Minneapolis is so deeply disturbing, not only because a woman was killed, but also because after she was shot, a physician on the scene was prevented by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from rendering aid. [...]

In medicine, we do not ask who someone is before we treat them. We do not ask where they are from, what they believe or whether they are "deserving." We treat them because they are injured. Full stop.

This principle is not sentimental idealism; it is the ethical foundation of emergency medicine, trauma care and humanitarian response across the world.

I have treated patients who have harmed others. I have cared for people in police custody, people accused of violent crimes, people whose actions I profoundly disagree with. None of that alters my obligation.

When someone is bleeding in front of you, your duty is to stop the bleeding.
