I would NEVER EVER disobey police orders and anybody who does deserves what they get." (That was paraphrasing.) If you want to speak in absolutest terms, I would suggest that you make sure they apply absolutely. I panicked female driver and an ICE agent carrying trauma from a previous incident is an obviously bad combination. This agent should have been in trauma therapy. Not in the field.

She had rolled down the window for the other officer, it appears. One of us is right and the other is not. This needs to be thoroughly investigated and brought before a jury, who can examine all of the evidence in detail.
