I have seen a couple of former prosecutors who've prosecuted people for using vehicles as weapons against police who say in no way does Ms Good's behavior qualify as rising to the level of criminal, but I'm sure MAGA will just dismiss that as politically motivated biased Trump hate. I, however, am pretty confident that if she hadn't been murdered, Ms Good would not have been arrested for attempted murder on anybody based on the words of people who have done that for a living. There's a difference between reading a law off of a web page, and how the law is actually administered in practice.

If an officer tells me to do something I do it. But you have rights beyond that because this is the United States of America…I hope.

If the officer had PTSD, perhaps he shouldn’t have been on the job because he sure the hell reacted irrationally. That was a homicide. If he feared for his life he should have just got out of the way. Instead, he got a kill shot in then deftly got out of harms way and fired another few shots off for good measure.

I’m Irish American and hard on the American part. I had to cover a probate hearing today and the judge was amazing…she asked the family, “can you tell me something about your husband/brother/sister/friend”. It was the best part of my day today, just covering a hearing for an attorney I’ve worked with since 2003! Judge is black and she’s just awesome ..super kind person. I thought I was over-dressed in a suit Barristers in England wear wigs. I’m not English. I have a strong commitment to practicing law in Adidas Sambas…today I had to wear a suit. Whatever lol
