What I saw you saying was, “if she had only complied….” Whether that’s what you literally wrote or what you meant, that’s the way it came off. I think that’s absolutely a bullshit defense for ICE. And then when you said “she pointed her car directly to him” ..those were your words…like quite literally your words…I can only assume you meant that she was trying to hurt and/or kill him and that he was firing in self defense. Which isn’t supported by video and wasn’t part of anything you said previously to mitigate that an American citizen was killed by ICE yesterday. If you meant that she wasn’t trying to hurt, kill or maim the ICE dude by pointing the car “directly to him” then I totally misunderstood and I’m not sure if that’s my fault or yours regarding communication. I’m fine with it being mine, but I bet you could guess at why I might have interpreted it that way. Just seemed like a brand new argument based off what I read of some of your posts earlier that were mostly about, “I don’t know about you, but I tell my kids if an officer tells them to do something do it.” If we live in a country where an officer can shoot someone for driving away than I’m back to my original question…where are you from?
Something that bothers me is what are the rules of engagement. The Army can teach an 18 year old grunt about proper rules of engagement but apparently ICE can’t.

They've truncated the ICE training program to 47 days. The army basic training is 10 weeks (which would be 70 days) and that doesn't include the months of training you get for your MOS - for instance infantry gets 22 more weeks of training after.
She was frustrated that they've blocked her street n reacted how she did. You can't obstruct law enforcement from doing their job just because you don't like it. She came towards him with a moving vehicle, he reacted in a split second. Its justified
There's a video (clear as day) showing an officer telling her to get out of the car and he repeats it again as he's got his hand in her door handle as he's trying to open the door so don’t try to spin this BS one officer said one thing and another said something else. Her window was open as well when the officer was telling her to get out (literally two feet from her face). Also what makes you think I'm "MAGAT"??? Just a few hours ago we had the VP come out and say in a press conference that ICE agents have “absolute immunity.” If that doesn’t shake you to your core than I don’t know what to tell you. ICE has obviously been targeted as an agency this regime can make completely loyal to the deal leader, throw all kinds of money at, and give absolute immunity to through presidential pardon powers. Under the rule of law of course ICE agents do not have immunity from committing crimes. So when Vance comes out and says what he said he is loudly telling ICE agents across the country to keep doing this and ramp it up even more and we will pardon you if for any reason there’s ever a situation where you do something silly like murder a liberal protestor in cold blood. The bigger question is what are the plans for ICE later on down the road when they’ve had years to recruit more and more loyal maga nuts? I think history is pretty clear about what we should expect to happen when an agency like this that is above the law is created and deputized by a deranged tyrant.

It's not a matter of what I think her intent was or what her actual intent was. Nope. It's what the officer thought and only had a split second to decide. The same officer who suffered "gruesome injuries back in June after being dragged by a car as he was trying to arrest an illegal immigrant". Let me also say I am not a supporter of a lot of what ICE is doing. I'm not a Trump supporter and honestly I don't think this has anything to do with it. Tomorrow, five years from now, twenty years from now, when an officer tells you to d9 something it's in one's best interest to acquiesce.
