ICE Murder Or Self Defense?

Looks to me he shot to prevent her from fleeing, not because of any imminent harm. I'm sure they will say she could easily use the car as a lethal weapon if they let her maintain control of it, but there is no indication she had any lethal intent.

 

Excessive Force on Steroids by a wanna be LEO who probably couldn't break into local law enforcement, so he joined ICE, got a big bonus and now his POWER has made his fat head even bigger...................they have no training, the one common thread they all have (it seems) is they hate people of color as well as any white person who does not agree with them, they are not professional and are treating fellow Americans like dogs, its disgusting

and then we have Ice Barbie go and lie her ass off to the maga crowds and the Prez and the rest of maga creeps follow suit.

as sad as this is, I dont think we have seen anything yet......................as far as I`m concerned ICE and MAGA are one, you are the enemy if you don't back them and your life is expendable

 

Picture this: The officer has already moved to safety, standing beside the vehicle like someone taking cover behind a wall. From this protected position, at point-blank range, he unloads his weapon at a woman who poses no threat to him. That's not self-defense - that's an execution with a badge.

 

Here's the thing about cars: they haven't invented sideways-driving mode yet. He positioned himself beside the vehicle - the ONE place she couldn't possibly hit him even if she floored it. Forward? He's clear. Reverse? Still clear. The 'vehicle as deadly weapon' argument for self-defense collapses when you're standing in the literal blind spot of physics.

Not super helpful. It's pretty crazy that an ICE agent can just come and tell you to get out of your ****ing car. LEO can't do that **** unless they have probable cause or actually suspect your of committing or about to commit a crime, so this is pretty shitty of how they approached the situation.

It's a double edged sword, on one end you are surrendering your rights by listening to their unlawful orders on the other hand, if you do something even remotely threatening they can pull their weapon on you, kill you, and usually will not deal with any consequences. All the videos I've seen at this point don't really clarify much. I really don't think the officer was justified, even though the videos are not super clear, but as someone mentioned on another thread, he wasn't killed or injured and he was able to get out of the way on time and he shot her from the side of the car. I don't care how you guys spin it, but from where he shot, it seems like he was out of the way, so at that point she really was no longer a threat. Maybe in a moment of aggression, she could of backed up and try to hurt the officers, but judging from their quick chat, that likely wasn't the case. Maybe the officer thought that could of been the case. Honestly, if they were that upset, they had her license plate, they had witnesses, so why not let her leave and go try to find her after the fact or go chase after her, but don't kill her after. Charge with a crime afterwards of attempting to hurt an ICE officer and let her go to court. Killing should be the last resort when necessary, and it really did not seem necessary here.

It definitely is shameful. I really hate our politicians as well, they really believe there is some ****ing war going on between liberals and conservatives. How about you allow the investigation to happen, allow the state/city's agency to also participate and not make it so ****ing obvious that you have already ruled in their favor.

Who is the aggressor here? The person that says "I'm not mad at you" and steers out of the way from hitting someone or the person who deliberately steps in front of the vehicle, fires three shots point blank and then calls her "a f*ckin b****"?

I believe that one of the bigger factors contributing to the increase of effectiveness of the right-wing hate machine and man-o-sphere incel woman-hating culture can be directly tied to the rise of testosterone ‘therapy’.

Even with a balanced, functional life and lifestyle it can make you far more aggressive and irritable. If you throw that gas on an already unstable, miserable man, it’s even worse.
