I don't care what you want or if the enforcement of our laws is an inconvenience to you. Law enforcement actions often cause inconveniences for people, not just you. I don't feel the need to write a whiny post about it. I don't need to defend every individual action of every one of the 1 million LoE's in this country enforcing our laws. Sometimes they do things wrong. Mostly they do things right. Nothing is perfect.

White women historically have not been safe. This is a fallacy. White women could not get bank accounts, credit cards or even buy automobiles. My mother was 23 years old and went to pay cash for a car - they wouldn't sell it to her without her husband or daddy present. Women in general - and that includes white women - were at the mercy of their fathers and then their husbands. White women did not have control over their bodies - marital rape did not exist - women did not have control over finances - most women were not allowed to work outside the home - they were restricted when it came to secondary education - they were restricted in the work place and were not allowed to go certain places. So no they were not really safe --- they were at the complete mercy of their husbands and domestic violence was viewed as acceptable. Also - the white women that were liberal and fought for or openly supported the rights of blacks and even children, were targets of white men in positions of authority.... be that their husband or another man. It has always been "them" or "us". There are some women that go along with "us" because they were raised that way --- some because it makes their lives safer to just nod and agree ... and some out of their own prejudices.
