I'm pretty sure that's the guy who got shot point blank in the chest/face with a yellow paint round? That's definitely a 40mm grenade launcher the Border Patrol thug is carying. It was pretty s**tty, and in a normal world it would be a bigger deal, but I don't know it quite rises to the level of shooting someone to death with copper jacketed lead. He's still alive, I believe, though he's probably going to have one hell of a bruise.
A federal judge ordered ICE to wear body cams back in October. Unless that was overturned by another court or ICE just ignored the order, they are supposed to wear body cams.
there is no reasoning with dishonest posters. you're just letting them win the attention they want but also help to amplify the disinformation they are spreading. it's even worse when they embed extremist media grifters which we help monetise. ignore list or blocking certain social media accounts is best practice
Googled this, apparently ICE is slow-rolling the rollout of cameras, and hasn't distributed them to Minneapolis ICE yet claiming congress needs to fund them. If the guy was transferred from somewhere else that has them, there is a chance that he was transferred from somewhere that was issued body cameras already. Probably he didn't have one. The cities where ICE operates with cameras are... Chicago (following the judge's order), Baltimore, Buffalo, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. Apparently, the judge's order on body cameras issued in October only applied to the greater Chicago area.
Wouldn't be surprised if there is no body cam. ICE is a menace that lies and does not follow court orders. This isn't my opinion - it's factually documented, including at least one judge making such a statement. U.S. District Judge Brown: central-islip-holding-room-ruling-brooklyn-federal.pdf USCIS has (1) filed sworn evidence from a supervisory officer containing rank hearsay and demonstrably false statements, (2) ignored at least three court directives and (3) blatantly refused to comply with a court order. In addition to being rank hearsay, the information presented in the Diaz Declaration proves evasive and demonstrably false. For example, Diaz swears that Clarke “was booked out of NCCC at 3:45 p.m., and into CIHR on the same day at 3:53 p.m.” Id. ¶ 5. Given that the two facilities are more than twenty miles apart, requiring a drive of 35 minutes or more, it is physically impossible that ICE officers moved Clarke from one facility to another in eight minutes. Even more preposterous is Diaz’s sworn statement that Clarke was “booked out [of the Central Islip hold room] on December 10, 2025, at 8:30 p.m.” and then “transported to Delaney Hall Detention Facility (“DHDF”) 9 [in Newark. N.J.] where he was booked in at 9 p.m.” Id. ¶¶ 7-8. Since that journey of about 60 miles consumes, depending on traffic, more than 90 minutes to as much as three and a half hours, it is again objectively impossible that the transport was completed in 30 minutes. ICE’s failure and, in at least one instance, flat out refusal, to comply with the Court’s directives along with its provision of demonstrably false evidence, requires some comment. While this matter was necessarily conducted in haste, and the Court believes that the assigned AUSA struggled to handle these matters in a reasonable fashion, ICE’s transgressions which include (1) failure to produce the Petitioner for the hearing, (2) failure to provide the holding capacity of the Central Islip hold rooms, (3) refusing to provide photographs of the Central Islip hold rooms and (4) ignoring this Court’s order providing for Clarke’s immediate release, cannot be overlooked. 22 Of these failings, perhaps the most indefensible is the agency’s refusal to provide photographs consistent with this Court’s order. A party who believes that a court order is unlawful – or in this case, unduly burdensome – does not have the right to resort to self-help. That party has legal alternatives – like a motion for reconsideration (which certainly would have been entertained here) or an interlocutory appeal – but cannot just simply refuse to comply.
The officers didn't even need to "get out of the way". They were never in danger. If you consider that danger, then roadside traffic stops should never, ever happen. The shooter stepped closer to the vehicle to execute Good. That was "the danger". Manufactured in the process of literally murdering someone.
Does not accelerating your car in the direction of police officers have to be explained to the dumbs? Like, really..... Highly and easily avoidable death, but maybe the news made this person believe you don't have to obey ICE...
I saw something on social media the other day asking whether US military would shoot at civilians and immediately I thought of Kent State…of course they will. We already know that. This one today hit me pretty hard. Disgusting and depressing.
The car wasnt accelerating towards the officer. The officer was to the side of the car and was not in any sort of danger. Get your propoganda in check or else you'll look like an idiot
So many Twolves fans here I thought this was a Rockets site @Salvy @Os Trigonum @El_Conquistador @ROXRAN @RB713
You don’t need to be an ice agent If she tried that on anyone in the hood she would get shot too @Salvy @RB713 @SuraGotMadHops
As expected, the media is hiding the key fact that after her husband passed a couple years ago, the deceased became indoctrinated with radical trans lesbian ideology and was with her lesbian lover in the car at the time. The lover claimed to be her wife. What sensationalized liberal rheotric tells these people is that they are under attack for being oppressed and are the same as illegals being deported, even though it's a completely false and delusional viewpoint. So now she has to prove her valor to her new wife by threatening ICE with her vehicle in a show of brvado. Tragic and easily avoidable. 2 changes should come about from this 1. No vehicles can be used to protest. They are weapons of mass destruction. Should be an automatic arrest for the safety of not only the citizens, but the protestor themselves. In this specific case, she clearly charged at the officer with her vehicle before shots were fired. 2. Stop thinking you're above the law because you're a protected species. When you lead rallies in a vehicle (weapon of mass destruction) then threaten an officers life, you will deal with the consequences.
