“It is for that reason, and much more, that I am immediately taking steps to ban large institutional investors from buying more single-family homes, and I will be calling on Congress to codify it. People live in homes, not corporations,” he added. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/01/07/trump-housing-affordability.html This would be awesome. Obviously extremely complex and corporations would attempt work arounds but I like to see someone going after this problem.
Breaking news for you homie, braindead Biden is no longer the president. Your horrible take says that you’re still living in the past. King Trump had rescued us out of Biden’s economy from the abyss and now good times are all over the damn place. Wake the hell up from your comatose.
Good times....lol. Bankruptcies are the highest since the Great Recession (08), Grocery prices are through the roof, and so are most items (Gas actually goes down in bad economic times....like now). This IS Trump's economy.
This is the first time I have really seen anyone address the elephant in the room. The cost of housing and home ownership is a massive issue in the USA. Large corporations and those people that moonlight as "landlords" should have to pay higher tax rates if they want to buy out all of the affordable housing in the USA and lease it out for big profits.... homeownership should be obtainable for the vast majority of working families. I will need to see the specifics, but I am glad it is being discussed.
Your words are gargled, hard to understand what you are saying.... let me know when you get your King's d1ck out of your mouth and we can talk.
My household is doing great too but it has nothing to do with who the President is or isn't. What do you think about Trump's foreign policy? Do you think we should annex Venezuela, Columbia and Greenland?
LOL, if you believe all that is happening then good for you. All I know is s whenever Trump lies, you will believe he is doing it for you.
Because passing legislation falls under the purview of Congress and are signed into law by the President? You could ask this same question about anything else that is regulated and codified.
