    I'm no longer interested in engaging with this hysterical, reactionary right-wing extremist but I will say this- my position across the board is supporting countries' sovereignty and opposing Western intervention. Nothing good has ever come from the latter. It's bad enough that American leadership is ruining peoples lives domestically, let's not spread the suffering abroad as well.

    It looks like the external pressure from Israel and then Donald sapped the energy of the protests.
    The bazaar class fell back into line.

    Either severe crack down on protests (which by on the ground accounts are smaller but more violent than the 22 protests) or Iran is about to strike Israel before Israel can strike Iran. Iran was probably given the green light by an embarrassed Putin.

    I can’t see there being a regime change at this pace unless the US commits to it. But Trump has also scoffed at reinstating the Shah too. Giuliani loves the MEK but they’re legitimately Islamoleftists and would be worse than a theocratic republic (current) or an autocratic monarchy (Shah).

    What we are potentially going to see is a Bonaparte type figure rise up and take over as is the norm in this region.

    If Israel has its way, Iran will be shattered into a few different countries with its military assets completely obliterated à la Syria post Assad.
