Lol yeah at the end of the day if you're going to be a champion you're not trying to pick and choose who you play and avoid this or that team. You believe wholesale in your team and so the only thing that could set you back is an injury.
The starters look bad before they were benched. The defense in general hasn't been very good this past month. Way too many explosive plays given up.
Our starters have a habit of playing down to their level of competition and/or overlooking bad teams - I'm sure the majority of our first string came into this game with only the playoffs on their mind.
JJ is wrong, that whole first half was not against the texans starters. Pitre barely played and Anderson played just a little bit on the last drive, they even showed Anderson and Hunter just standing around on the sidelines. Also, Lassiter didn't play and his back up gets burned on the regular.
The Irsay daughter is wants to make her stamp. Remember, she listens in on coaching communications on the sidelines. A collapse like this season will get people fired. GM/Coach or both. Last playoffs was 2020. Especially, when the Texans had an almost immediate turnaround after hiring Demeco. Also traded 2 -1st for Sauce.
Playing off contingencies of if the Bills win today…and if they win in the playoffs…and risking a key starter for that contingency “what if” situation. I have to say, I agree with the decision to keep dudes healthy.
