He played in their win over Atlanta over in Germany, his first game with the Colts. His postgame comment: "That was the first time I've been in a locker room that electric this year after a game," said Gardner, whose Jets were mired in a 1-7 start when he was traded to Indianapolis. "That's what I'm really looking forward to."
Most over-rated player in the League? Not saying he's the worst or even bad, but over-rated. Kinda feels like now he's not in the NYC market, he's just a guy. I can't not think of THIS whenever his name comes up: Just a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE effort.
If he can get 2 firsts and a young 1st rd WR...I expect Lassiter to net as much if the Texans can't keep him.
I love, LOVE, Lassiter...but if someone in some offseason offers 2 1's and and a good #2 player....yeah, sorry Lassiter, but as great a DB as you are...you know that's *maybe* too good to pass up. No great DB would pass something like that up. They'd pick it off or break it up or tackle the RB out of the backfield behind the line of scrimmage.
