Really fun game. Voice is gone. My sphincter cut a few atoms in half whilst slamming shut at that opening kickoff TD, but Willie and the Po Boys know how to control a clock and convert. LSU had size and talent everywhere but no coaching. Lots of penalties. Their big plays were big, but the Coogs wouldn't give them enough chances.

I thought the O Line really put in the work to become good this season. Weigman earned his money this year and will be huge again next year. D. Connors gets stronger the longer the game goes. I hear he'll be back next year, too. Koziol was the best Cougar TE since forever. Willy just knows how to win. Future looks bright!

I normally hate when we play at NRG but last night was electric. This win really has more juice regionally than it would beating USC in San Antonio would have to be honest.

Weigman might have played his best game of the season last night and he has been really good most of the year.

We got good news that Weigman, and Amare Thomas are returning next year today too.

I've been hoping UH would play LSU for a long time... In anything.

Their fan base in Houston is sneaky big. Probably top 5. Maybe even top 4.

We open the season against LSU in 2027 at NRG.

I have always heard the biggest base of LSU alums outside Louisiana was in Houston.

    True.

Dallas gets to lay claim to the Sooners.

    I'd take LSU any day.

Interesting Coog stat. Last rb to have a 1,000 rushing season was Kenneth Farrow 2014. QB Greg Ward had a 1k season in 2015.

I don’t pay attention to that. It will be less than a lot of programs, like the one we just beat.
