The man is a BEAST................he about to get paid, Myles Garret type $$??? We are about to have quite a few skill positions that will get max money and I want them to get paid BUT.................we can't pay everyone, who could/should be the odd man out eventually? We have several guys on the D who are top 5 at their position, we have one on the offense who is a top 5 in Nico. The offensive scheme wants CJ to be a game manager which will not allow him to be a top 5 or even top 10 QB and I love CJ but this offensive scheme is not built for him IMO, do we really need a game manager who makes $40-50 million per year or do we need a very heady QB who can process what the D is doing and get the quick slant out..............I don't know but I think we're going to run out of $$ to pay everyone what they're worth and field a team thats good across the board..............the Eagles seem to do it so who knows

I HATED the trade in the moment. The price was so massive for a non qb, the 12th pick, the 33rd pick, plus next years 1st and 3rd. My biggest hangup was the possibility (and at the time expectation) that the texans were not gonna be good with a rookie qb and so so roster. It looked very possible we'd be giving up the 12th pick, 33rd pick, and like the 8th pick the following year which would have been absolutely brutal. Everything turned out as good as possible, WAJ hit his 95th+ percentile outcome AND the texans won a ton of games the following year so it worked out well.

Anderson Jr. will now get the biggest contract for a DE in NFL history. Before this, it might have been 2nd or 3rd.

Should be defensive player of year. Making an impact on a team that actually win games matters IMO.

If he gets even a single vote it would be an embarrassment to the sport

Since we all love PFF and their metrics...how does WAJ match up against Myles this season?
