Couple of points i would like to make i guess.

The problem with the drummers have always been the fact that they dont' make enough noise to make the place rock. Drums are great if you can feel it in the stands. They sounded like they were banging tupperware like someone else said in this post.

When they were doing the pregame that was the thing i hated most...the fact that you felt like it was soooo BLAH cause you didn't feel it. Rememebr the old starting lineup? the music just blared and got you hyped up.

There is no way the sounds of those drums will get this place rocking one bit.

As far as Turbo. He was the one wearing the Red and Yellow. You could easily make him out becuase of his overall actions, the way he walked and stuff. I noticed it right off the bat.

This is the only thing that can save the Band Nerds.

I was actually shocked when I saw them.
I had forgotten all about then since they werent at the first 3 home games. I didnt miss them at all.
And PLEASE dont let them do the Intros EVER again!!

I'm kinda upset I took a break at halftime and didnt get to participate in the BOOing.
Big Bangs 15 minutes have come and gone long ago.
Please put them out of their misery.

And SHAME on the Rockets if they used Big Bang for Half Time Entertainment. William Hung was better.
Cut back on the free t-shirts for the Upper Class, and hire some quality entertainment for all.
Hell, maybe you could get sponsors for entertainment so you wouldnt even have to pay them!?!?
    Also,
The re-hashing of old entertainment is not fooling anyone.

    P.S.
My mom thought that was Turbo. If not, that guy immitated his after movements exactly.

Dam, I'm thinking about making this my new sig. I could not have said it any better myself. I've seen next to nothing that's impressed me over the last few years. Of course the worst thing I have seen would have to be Big Bang! Dam I hate those guys. I haven't seen them at the games I've been to this year, I was kinda excited because I thought they were gone. Oh well, if you suck and aren't entertaining at all then don't expect praise.

Sorry, I'm just going down the list responding to everything. I have to agree with you here. My gf and I actually skipped going to the Lakers game because we prefered to stay home and watch it on tv due to all the things you listed. Yes we already had the tickets since we're season ticket holders, but we just consider it that bad.

Thanks, Pugs. I would be honored.

The Rockets entertainment staff needs to take some classes or copy from other NBA teams on how to make us fans happy, not these corporate big-wigs.

I know they bring in the $$$, but it would be nice to see the fans who actually show up to the game be rewarded by occupying the corporate seats when they don't show up.

What would fire up the Houston crowd? How 'bout a few fast break points every once in a while.

It's as good as done, a lot of changes need to be made, but I've concluded that we're just too cheap to make them.

That is exactly right. In their first season, they setup for player intro's on a box of sorts that amplified the sound better. I thought they were much better then because you could feel it somewhat.

Last year they changed to some fancy little platform thing made out of plastic wrap. The sound didn't carry near as much.

My suggestion, if you must do the drummers, put a microphone on them. If you can feel the beats, then people would get into it more. Tupperware ain't good.

Oh God, don't remind me of those intros they assisted in. I couldn't stand those. Well if you haven't figured out, I couldn't stand anything to do with them. I hated seeing them to those little drills during timeouts banging on buckets.

I'll say this - Quickchange is THE BEST HALFTIME show that I've ever seen. I mean, they're AWESOME. I've seen them at least 4 or 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to watch them do that change. I actually know how it's doen but can't actually see it. The ROCKY ending to it is just awesome!! Anyway, enough about QUICKCHANGE - fire JVG! :p
