I am, of course, referring to net taxes. If you pay $100 in taxes and get $300, your net tax rate is negative. And no, overwhelmingly the rich are paying the taxes, which I already proved (unless you are defining the middle class to go up to the top 5%). Differently people have different amounts of economic and political power. Money is one way to accumulate it. Fame is another. Organization is another. Walmart has enormous amounts of resources compared to the average person, but they still sell goods for market rates.
