The triumvirate is russia, israel, and china. trump and maga gop think they're sitting at the table but they're not. they are just servants.

    https://abcnews.go.com/Internationa...-resist-us-russian-pressure-despite-127994201

THE HAGUE, Netherlands -- The president of the International Criminal Court said during the institution's annual meeting Monday that it will not bow to pressure from the United States and Russia.

Nine staff members, including six judges and the court's chief prosecutor, have been sanctioned by U.S. President Donald Trump for pursuing investigations into U.S. and Israeli officials, while Moscow has issued warrants for staff in response to an arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin over the war in Ukraine.

“We never accept any kind of pressure,” Judge Tomoko Akane told delegations from the court’s 125 member states.

The sanctions have taken their toll on the court’s work across a broad array of investigations at a time when the institution is juggling ever more demands on its resources.

In her address last year, Akane warned that the court was being threatened by the incoming Trump administration. Three weeks after he took office for the second time, Trump signed an executive order imposing sanctions on Prosecutor Karim Khan over investigations of Israel, a close U.S. ally.

MAGA subordinate:"Your Eminence - the economic indicators are troubling. Polling shows the American people do not believe that the economy is headed the right way."

President Trump: "I don't trust the media - it's garbage."

MAGA subordinate: "Sir - this is our own polling and out own appointed experts."

President Trump: "Send the piggies a $2,000 check to play in their pigsty... if that doesn't work, invade Argentina."

    MAGA subordinate: "You mean Venezuela?"

President Trump: "Yes, send aid to Argentina, they like me. Talk to Hegseth about doing something to get that guy with the hot wife back in power in Brazil. He is good people."

Fossil-fuel billionaires bought up millions of shares after meeting with top Trump officials

Sabel was among around 20 people who attended an event in April 2024 at Trump’s private club, Mar-a-Lago, when he reportedly requested $1bn in campaign donations from the fossil fuel industry in return for favorable legislation. Venture Global was among the “top donors” to Trump’s inauguration, donating $1m, according to the Wall Street Journal.

I just watched a documentary on Roy Kohn. My god was that guy corrupt, a straight up thief, and Trump was his protege. Neither one has a single ounce of morality or empathy.

This is a great wiki line:

With support from Hoover and Cardinal Spellman, Hearst columnist George Sokolsky convinced Joseph McCarthy to hire [Roy] Cohn as his chief counsel, choosing him over Robert F. Kennedy

Trump has made blatant and obvious corruption normal. It's pretty insane if you think about it.

Just shows how crooked his DOJ and FBI loyalists in charge are. They just turn a blind eye to his blatant corruption. They are complicit.

But of course you are supposed to believe that
Trump Jr., who joined joined 1789 Capital as a partner in 2024 didn't sway things their way. Just believe it's a coincidence that this government contract, which represents the largest ever made by the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital, isn't part of the family grift.

In Nov 2025, Trump pardoned Joseph Schwartz, a nursing home operator convicted of federal tax fraud. Schwartz willfully withheld more than $38 million in payroll taxes from employees at nursing homes he owned across 11 states and kept the money instead of remitting it to the IRS, according to federal court filings.

In April 2025, Schwartz was sentenced in federal court to 36 months in prison and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, both of which were nullified by Trump’s pardon after Schwartz served roughly 3 months.

Separately, Schwartz pleaded guilty to Medicaid fraud in Arkansas and received a one-year state sentence. After the federal pardon, Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin petitioned the court to require Schwartz to serve the remainder of his state sentence, which the judge ordered.

Reporting indicates Schwartz paid nearly $1 million to right-wing lobbyists in the months preceding the pardon.

In April, Schwartz was sentenced in federal court in New Jersey to 36 months in prison for failing to pay $38 million in withholding taxes for employees of his nursing home empire and failure to file required IRS forms about employee benefit plans. He was also ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, which Trump’s pardon negated.

“He also failed to pay insurance premiums for employees, neglected grocery bills — forcing staff to buy food for residents — and paid himself as an employee in multiple facilities. Two of his Arkansas nursing homes were later placed into receivership by the Arkansas Department of Human Services,” Griffin said.

“Schwartz didn’t just take advantage of our vulnerable population, he also preyed on Arkansans who worked in his facilities,” Griffin said.

The Washington Post reported in November that Schwartz paid right-wing lobbyists $960,000 to secure the federal pardon.
