    Right, of course they will.

And if they played like they did today against the Bill, Chiefs, Colts, etc they would have gotten their collective asses cooked in each of those games too, but they didn’t.

Living in SoCal during Texans debut, their apathy to pro football was felt, & odd lol. Cuz they supported all the other sports just fine. USC support big. But specifically "local pro football" just wasn't in the fabric. Its gotta be even more fickle now with social media "influencer" as their major sport

I am still mad about the way the Texans played the first three quarters of the game. CJ was overthrowing receivers by ten feet. What was that about? The defense wasn't exactly "shut down" either. The play calling was dog poop. The Raiders looked, actually, well, good. No excuse for that performance, none. They didn't deserve to win. They play like that in the next two, and they will be sitting home for the playoffs.

If the Texans beat the Chargers, you want the Jags to lose to the Colts. That keeps the division in play.

Well, I will take the win, but I am seeing cracks in our D at Safety and interior DL and for 2 straight games we let the stud TE go off and the Raiders RB have his best game of the year. CJ was bad in the first half sailing balls that should have been easy throws but was lights out in the 4th.......I look around the NFL and the games are all close even VS the lesser opponents, there just not going to lie down. I feel great we got the 10th win but do I think we will dominate a team like the Chargers? We could, but it doesn't feel like that......teams like the Chargers have games where their offense just lights it up and we have death by a thousand paper cuts, its not sexy but when were on like we were VS the Cardinals we can be efficient but CJ can't be sailing balls and missing wide open receivers, its almost like this offense has to be PERFECT to be effective......PS, thanks to the refs for that DPI that was questionable at best on Nico, not the last one but the one prior. A few of those long passes on 3rd down were questionable at best but they worked.

Not having 0 out their hurts, we are weak at Safety and interior D lineman, and our offensive line is held together by duct tape but it is what it is...........when you dont address the O Line in the off season, this is the results you get. I am not sold on this offense scheme at all, this team concept is the D will be light out and hope the offense can score 20+, but when we have a let down by the D things can and will get ugly

I have Texans PTSD so I expect the worse normally, the Chargers game will tell us a TON...................can we paly to the caliber they are, depends on which team shows up, did we play down to the Cards and Raiders or is this the point in the season every game is close, hell S Sanders looked pretty good yesterday and some of the bottom tier teams looked pretty good so we shall see

After what you saw yesterday from the Jags, do you REALLY expect the Colts to beat them with Grandpa at QB?

Yeah but there is something really wrong with CJ and this offense. Against one of the worst teams in the league, they barely squeezed out a win. The offense was ass for 3 quarters. In the first half CJ was ass and I swear I saw him react to the crowd booing while he was on the field about to go under center. There is something going on behind the scenes that is impacting what what we see on the field and it may very well prove to be their downfall for this season.

Another win where I feel relieved when it's over rather than happy. Been the theme all season long, I never had a season where I consistently feel this pissed off after victories.

    Expectations.

Our defense has come back to the pack a bit against these lesser teams and its frustrating.

Ultimately, it has more to do with the team not being as amped up as they were against Allen and Mahomes.

I have a feeling the same dominant defense will be back for the Chargers game.

I have an optimistic take on the defense...I wasn't able to watch the game all that closely with some family holiday stuff going on, but the fact that 14 of the Raiders points were from big plays is slightly comforting. You hope those are fluky mistakes that are easy to cleanup. And having Azeez back should help.

67 snaps for Maxx. Brown was the only one that could contain him somewhat, so he moved inside and to "Tae's" side for a chunk of the snaps. What a luxury.

Getting p.i penalties is also part of an offense, the usuals on their agenda somehow mad at those. Guarantee you if it's another qb getting those calls they're on on his jock for being savvy. Ha.

Dalton was taken out as a receiving option due to Texans legend White hugging his hip past the 5 yards of contact. Over and over. I didn't like that since Sting was penalized for less.

Start the 1st qtr like it was the 4th. The Jumbo spread is our best set. Use it to get some rhythm. I've grown to like it after hating it.

Once seven heats up, he is not going to cool down. 8/10 in the 4th. Could have scored another one from the 13.

From what we have seen the last 6 weeks, did you REALLY expect the Raiders to only lose by two yesterday.
    Football is weird.

    2018.

That team was dog water except for Watson and Hop.

9 wins in a row that meant absolutely nothing. Got bounced by Andrew Luck who literally retired two weeks later.

BOB was the worst coach in the conference and yet fell ass backwards into division titles because the rest of the AFCS was a dumpster fire.

This game was a disaster in every way but the win-loss column.

If either of our starting tackles misses any time I feel like thats basically all she wrote for the division hopes.

Lopez on 610 says, "they're saying broken hand for Ersery."

Josh Simmons had something similar and played? [ anchorman question mark ]

Well we easily could have been the Rockets where we actually lose against a **** team. I'll take us eeking out a win 10/10 times. No complaints

    Regardless of yesterday injuries.
The way we played, compared to the way Jacksonville played, I don't give us much of a chance even if we are fully healthy.

Man, I love CJ, but those throws he missed in the first half. They weren't even close.
I wish I knew what the heck is going on with those.

Looked like he had some kind of wrap on his finger.
