The other team gets paid too. Whatever. A win is a win. That last pass and catch with Nico was elite. Thankfully we won’t face another player like Crosby the rest of the year.
People post the dumbest ish. We don't deserve Nico? So he can go somewhere else not make the playoffs and advance in the playoffs like he has in CONSECUTIVE seasons.
the "if we lose this game, we dont deserve to make the playoffs" comments hell yeah they do! stfu! lol
EJ Speed: "Just happy we got the dub. I love it in Houston. I've said it in different interviews. I wanted to do play alongside Demeco. So we were already a great defense before I got here. Do whatever, play special teams, relieve Henry if he needs a break. Henry is doing his thing. We're all about communication. Demeco is always on us about communicating." On playing with Stroud: "CJ is a competitor. We share the same agent. Those throws don't surprise me. He was telling us earlier this week we have everything to win a superbowl." They still go at it like when Speed was on the podcast. Do we though? Brown didn't get lucky with the knee. They better be back in 3 weeks.
If the Texans lose to the Chargers next week and Indy beats Jacksonville somehow, then our week 18 games becomes a wild card game for the Playoffs. This is according to the Playoff machine. I don't know if it's accurate or not but that's not out of the realm of possibility. We can easily lose to LA and Jags can also Jag it up.
I thought I had read somewhere that we would still hold the tiebreaker if we had the same record as the Colts. Edit: I see. The Colts would have to win out and we would have to lose out. They'd have a better record then is if they won against us then. Essentially, we need the Jags to beat the Colts next week to clinch a playoff spot.
I believe we would hold the tie breaker in all aspects if we end up with the same record. I think this one specific scenario is if the colts win out and we lose out, and they end up with a better record than us. That being said, one loss by the Colts, and the Texans are in, including tomorrow. Doesn't look like we'll win the division, so if the Colts win tomorrow, we will all be Jags fans next week. If the Colts end up with a better record than us, it's truly our own fault.
The Colts has 3 tough games coming up. 49ers still fighting for the division, Jags fighting for division and more, and Texans the same. I don't see the Colts winning 3 games in a row. Edit: Nevermind the 49ers, they clinched already but I'm sure they want to win the division
Wait you got that backwards. Texans can win the division only if Colts win against the Jags so we'll all be Colts fans next week..
