Is Commodore a GOP Propaganda Bot?

With the understanding that generalizations are inherently overbroad, I do think a lot of todays Republicans are stupid … both in terms of ability to digest and comprehend information and willingness to do so. We see a good deal of that here.

Everyone suffered from some amount of confirmation bias, but these people willfully believe things that equivalent to the tooth fairy and don’t care one bit when it is shown to be total bullsh-t. Some of this is attributable to Fox News/OAN/Newsmax or the loony right wing echo chambers out there. But fundamentally, people are responsible for their own decisions and these idiots proudly believe in nonsense.

That stupidity is compounded by their absolute conviction that they are right in believing nonsense. It is truly terrible and pathetic.

 

What is OAN? Is that the Oprah network?

 

isn’t it the One America Network? I think it’s the one that people watch when Fox isn’t Trumpy enough, or when they’re mad that Fox occasionally shows facts (or when Fox called AZ before other networks did).

 

OANN = One America News Network
OWN = Oprah Winfrey Network
