First, basketball is all about matchups...if we played the T-Wolves first round we would have won! The Warriors are a bad matchup for us and they were favored in the series to beat us even though we were #2 seed.
I agree with you regarding his offensive schemes. As much as a liability Reed is on defense, he should be starting over Okogie

How are we supposedly poorly coached when the Spurs’ coach doesn’t have more experience than Ime, and the Nuggets’ coach hasn’t even coached a full season yet?

Would we have? I don't know that is true. The reason the Warriors were favored was because everyone knew the Rockets were frauds. Literally every team in the playoffs would have switched their opponent for the Rockets if they were able to do so.

I just don't think he's a coach that you want to have in situations where coaching can matter to the outcome.

I didn't say that Ime's problem was inexperience....experience has nothing to do with it.

I dont think its sengun his production is as high as though guys in different ways. We have no offense and if you look at it Reed is the reason we lost this game. Bu tthats the problem in these big games its never Sengun who doesnt show up its always someone else. We are still too young and KD is too old and that was my fear about getting him.

With Jalen Green and Dillon yes, without them it's a big possibility that no unless Reed becomes a super star...

No chance the Rockets win a Series over the Spurs Victor Wembanyama is a huge TV Ratings and money maker.

Referees will try their hardest to eliminate the Rockets.

Nope. This team finds ways to lose games against good teams.

I don’t think so. Being 0-4 against the West elite has affected the confidence I have in this team. Especially factoring AG who is an all star caliber player missed both Denver games. Idk.

I didn’t say it was Sengun’s fault. Sengun is a very very good player. Our best player.

But Jokic, Shai, Luka, and Wemby are true all time great level players. I don’t like their teams, but I can admit it’s true.

So we won’t be favored against them in a 7 game series, as long as their supporting casts are competent. Just how basketball is, IMO.

The answer is a) hope to get lucky, or b) hope to develop/acquire/draft a player to all time great level.

We're a work in progress...and should have insane upside by the playoffs.

    - Organic growth
    - Resolution of this year's point guard situation before the deadline
    - other additions
    - Finally having DFS healthy
    - Getting Tari back...we'll see if they keep him..kinda doubt it.
    - Developing chemistry
    - And, Ime growing with them

On Wemby, I just don't see him staying healthy, and I like Alperen working in there.

The Rockets would win in 5 games. The Spurs are way too inexperienced.

We would lose to the Thunder and Nuggets right now. Dont trust us vs Pistons/Knicks/Wolves but would coinflip it. We are too volatile.

Right now, we wouldn't even beat Minnesota. We'll see if they make any trades, or how we'll look in early April

We are yet to see the Rockets at full strength. That may sound like an excuse but it’s the truth. The lack of Fred’s role has let others play minutes that would never happen. The experience has been like a coin two sided but not the best situation for us in a championship series. Our season had been very good for our youth in terms of being able to play. I like everyone else have never seen our team at its fullest potential.
