He shoulda have been inboundjng the ball, why take Bari out of the play. He’s one of our better clutch 3 point shooters

You only have a few second. You can only make one pass at most. And you can't pass to a cutter to the basket because you need more than 2pt. When Sengun gets the ball, nobody is guarding close to him. We were playing 4 on 5.

It's not accident that we lose most of close games.

We are weaker than last season.

Exactly, if you are going to have a non-shooter in the game in a situation like that, they need to be the one bringing the ball in. 2 does nothing for you.

Everything is accurate except the play call.

It was for Durant. The guy guarding both Jabari on the inbound and the guy guarding Sengun both rotated off their man to defend the action.

What was the secondary action? Holiday rolling to the inbounder from the corner (but was late and somehwat guarded) as well as sengun rolling out to catch, turn and shoot as prolly the 3rd action.

The first thing Ime did right all night. Thanks for taking that fine for the team. It won’t do any good though. Look where it got JVG to call the NBA out.

You don’t take your best player off the floor when you need a bucket.

If he took that shot with 8 seconds on the clock and Cam Johnson in his face you’d be complaining about that too. Go complain to your wife bum.

I'm glad Ime was willing to take the fine that he'll get from the NBA as they defend their officials. Their effort was pathetic. The only consolation in losing this game is that Denver can't play much better. Their two stars had to be extraordinary, AND they needed a push from the officials to stay in front of Houston.

The Rockets, on the other hand, flashed moments of brilliance and then periods in which they couldn't handle the ball...or shoot...or defend...or stop fouling...or make 3s. Different elements of our game are entirely unraveling, and we're leaving so much on the table. Can't wait to see what Eason and DFS add to the mix. Hopefully, over the next couple of months, our defense will get tighter. It's well below our standards.

When you need a 3, you certainly consider it. You pass to someone who can't shoot, even if they are your best player, and you lose.

    Which is what happened.

We had a moron bringing the ball in, and he passed to a non-shooter, who chucked up some bullshit instead of passing to an actual shooter.

They had to go through 20 different camera angles and use their ****ing satellite spy cam just to find one that BARELY shows INCIDENTAL contact on that "trip". That call is not made 99% of the time, but boy were the refs desperate for anything. Bogus call to decide the game and Zarba is one of the worst in the business.

Rockets had to pass to Sengun or else Den wouldve fouled immediately

Whatever - annoying ass finish is over.

I enjoyed that game but losing like that after REALLY sucks and I was expecting to be disappointed. I'd rather lose on a questionable shooting foul - that was bullshit as Hardaway literally fell on his face into OT & the refs could've corrected it but chickened out, hiding behind the standard of proof

Yeah, call me crazy. I'd rather let the guy who in his entire career so far has made a living of making unheard of passes when allowed to, make a pass in a drawn up offensive play than running away from the ring and then launching - the one weakness to his game.

But yeah, lets continue letting Ime throw away all those games against playoffs opponents with his incompetence.

I am not saying his exact goal was to chase 60 wins but he tends to gloat after wins against inferior competition.

Nobody gives a flying fork about him getting mad at the refs or showing he is a tough guy, he is not in the league no more.

He was a middling role player who could not score, ironically, that is all he was in the NBA.

For an All NBA defender Amen gets little respect from the refs.

Dort can go out and maul guys night after night but let Amen touch a guy some nights and he's fouling out.
