welcome to the world of Bit Torrent! I assume you already know how to get to the site and you just want to know how to download and work the torrents themselves. All you have to do is click on the link of the desired file and download it. To open it, you're going to need a torrent program (I use Azureus, but there are others out there). After it's downloaded, right click the file, choose open with, and select your torrent program. It will open the torrent and pretty much handle the rest for you. I hope this helps.
meggo you have a link for these torrent places? reason i wanna know about this so bad is because i never get to watch the OC and they have the episodes on them
I'd say go to www.link2u.tk but it's not working at the moment. azureus is at azureus.sourceforge.net
If you just want to watch stuff like the OC, www.suprnova.org (there's no "e") will have it. So just get yourself a BT client and then get the "torrents" (which are small tracking files) from suprnova. Open the torrents with your client and you're good to go. Oh and BTW, make sure to keep your client open after your download is complete, and continue uploading until your download/upload ratio is at least 1 to 1. It's basic BT etiquette, and is really the only way for this system to work.
Not sure what's up with that. Usually I just click on the link to the torrent, and a message will pop up asking if I want to either save the file or open it with my default BT client. I choose open and Azureus will pop up. Never had this torrent unauthorized messge before.
I'm using Azureus and it is pretty good, easy to use. One problem though is that it's slowing down my computer too much. Especially since I upgraded it. Anybody know of any other torrent clients that are using less resources? Thanks.
