And IIRC the Colts drafted him so his familiar with the organization... might be something else going on (like you said family)
Pretty wild to have the only record over .500 in the bottom quarter of the league for hardest schedule. Also cant wait to see how the Patriots and Maye fare when actual competition shows up.
His family has faced so much unbelievable tragedy already... and money is not an issue for them... I don't blame him if he has a different perspective than we do and has more pressing priorities.
They are talking about nicknamed for the Defense on 610 this morning. I like the GORE STORE - Where you ALWAYS PAY THE PRICE.
Yes and no. They have won their easy schedule. That's something not all teams do. But it must be acknowledged that the schedule is significantly less difficult than every other team in the league. The other playoff bound schedule approaching the Texans is the Rams. So I do find them more concerning than NE.
After vanishing through a portal against the Bucs to seal the victory, Enrique To'o To'o has returned a completely different player. Controls his new found speed. You could see he was better at coverage in the first couple of games, but he locked down #4 twice, a receiver. Closed windows in the short passing game for Josh Allen. What gets me the most is he returned a better tackler. You never see someone improve their tackling within the same season. It's rare. "I gotta go see my lady". He laughs like the Penguin from the 60s
To me that's the question. I think the largest issue for me is the situational calling. The team as a whole is really trending up. The San Diego game will be a good barometer of where we stand.
Crazy season, We went from fire Caserio, Caley and even some fans on Ryans as well. To Arguably the best the fan base has felt about a team going in to a postseason since the 12/13 squad.
I don’t care who the qb, OL, or supporting cast is… the fact that I’m almost certain any down inside the 5yd line is going to be a fail is a problem. At one point we had 10 or 11 tries inside the 2 with ZERO TDs. That’s unacceptable. Much less if we ever need a 2-pt conversion. We gotta be close to the worst team in goal-to-go situations. Need to be better there.
We don’t have the horses up front or in the backfield for the plays they call. We should never run it up the middle again near the goal line. Mulitple 4 down series where we ran 3 times or 4 times and failed.
