    I am guessing the extra 10-15 pounds are misguided, he should have shed some weight instead .....

    Incorporate vegan diets.....

    It helps his practice standards also.

    Sources: Practice Habits holding Cam back.

    The key line: "Rookie Will Riley, whose steady practice habits and fit within the team structure have earned him expanded minutes and validated Washington’s confidence in drafting him." Riley is 19-years old and the minutes aren't going to last forever for Cam.

    They have some good vets in DC. Vets that want to win ....anywhere.

    They've taken other guys who play hard/are coachable under their wing.

    This isn't a JVG v. Bonzi situation

    Wiz are trying to establish a winning culture and unlike the Rockets when KPj was here, actually have talented players on their roster. Cam is correctly being used as an example for those players.

    So it's
    - Make Jalen Green EARN it. Don't "just play" him minutes as a procedural move. Cuz what mean ever plays the #2 pick in draft high minutes, right?
    - Give lower round pick Cam free minutes as procedural move? Without earning it? Just, cuz, it's like.. for "potential" & stuff?

    So its some kind of meritocracy, barrier of entry for Jalen. But no barrier no meritocracy for Cam (Cuz "eye test" traits alone "shows something", over the #2 pick with a 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE lead?)

    To be fair, Miami built their Heat Culture a lot longer, Post LBJ with moderate success.

    San Antonio is still the Academy of executives and coaches.......- basically outsourced their personnel to the Celtics and OKC.

    And Udoka via few stations, Boston to the Rockets.
