I think it was Tom Cotton on one of the news shows this weekend who said that it appeared the 2 survivors were trying to flip the boat back up and continue on their mission. The boat that had been hit by a missile and already killed 9 was going to continue on...to Suriname...and even if there were drugs, they weren't meant for the US. So now we're handling law enforcement for Europe, too? Everything about this is a war crime, plain and simple.
