Best play of the night was resting KD rest of the night. Not too worried about loss when missing two key bigs on a back to back

 

So stupid to play Adam’s against Phoenix instead of just using Capela for that game. The Rockets needed Adams for AD.

 

Or dont rest adam on the bigger team lol

I'm also putting it on Udoka's ego as to why that isn't happening here.

There is literally no excuse why this franchise isn't throwing the book at Mike Malone. The guy who built a team around Jokic's unique skills. There would be nothing but positives to come from that. But again, I do not think Ime will be the type of person to allow that.

we didnt have enough body to put on AD....

and when JD, Uncle Jeff and Tate are playing meaningful minutes - that aint good.

I like the trade, but ime’s going to burn out KD. And I agree about him being a floor raiser.

 

This is a 100% wrong, in the setting I'm in the stakes are much much higher with mistakes, its not about losing a ball. However, nobody does what Ime is doing because everyone knows it confuses the person and just screws everything

Reward/punishment has to be consistent, thus far Reed is the only person with htis leash

 

This is not true. Reed had some really bad stretches on offense tonight and was getting blown by on defense every play. Ime tried to play him. He was unplayable.

 

No Sengun, no Adams and of course still no DFS and Eason and the Mavericks have a healthy (for now) AD and this was the 2nd game of a b2b, so I guess I am not surprised by the outcome. I don’t understand for the life of me why the Rockets have only played 21 games so far and they are not playing again until Thursday or something and then 3 more days off - stupid schedule.

 

Mavs are now 4-1 in their last 5 games. Only loss being to Thunder. They’ve also beat Denver and Miami during that stretch. Not sure this is such a shocker with so many of our players out??

 

We have a crazy stretch coming up. Is it a forgone conclusion Adams is sitting every b2b?

 

I like the trade too, getting rid of Jalen Green was the best thing this franchise has done since trading for Sengun.

The first half tonight was exactly why KD was a good option. Getting buckets when the entire offense breaks down.

But it being the #1,2,3 and 4th play is not an offense. KD shouldn't be forced to do that at his age, nor should he be playing anywhere close to the minutes he is right now.

Both red flags attributed to the coach.

 

sengun is the rockets best player but steven adams is the MVP.

That's why the lead balooned from 10 to 22 when he went to the bench

People really need to stop scapegoating and just singling out Reed.

I literally watched Holiday and everyone else give up layup drills all night long but we're led to believe Reed was the only one

wtf you’re right. Didn’t realize we had another 3 days after our next game. Trying to get into the holiday spirit here damnit!

 

Bad game from Reed but great shooting percentages, will take these any day over JG’s 9 pt games on terrible efficiency.

 

That Reed and Davidson lineup was atrocious. And then limu proceeds to play holiday the rest of the game. Like wtf
