Amen getting to play his rim game with Alpy out and not choking the lane with defenders. Coaches need to work on spreading the floor more so he can do that more.

That quick pass from Reed when he got doubled was very nice.

 

Did they count an assist for that tap rebound/outlet pass by Reed?

 

He's getting there, scoring average creeping up each game. He is a menace going downhill, when he has space he is already almost as hard to stop as guys like Giannis and (the healthy version of) Zion. He just rarely gets that kind of spacing and the ball in his hands as much as they do, and his touch around the rim has been a bit off to start the season.

In any case I do believe the doubters will have to admit that his offensive game is legit by the end of the season. 20, 7 and 6 on 55+ percent true shooting, it's gonna happen.

The problem is Ime puts Sengun with another center.

 

lol i was told he was only a third or fourth offensive option on here as recently as yesterday.

 

Handles look crispier. He can tween dribble without almost losing the ball

 

Amen has some Dominique Wilkins style dunks

 

I mean realistically he probably is the #3 option on this team this season due to the presence of KD and Sengun just being much farther along in his development, but that doesn't mean Amen is at his peak or that's what he will always be. I personally think we're headed toward a #1A/#1B situation with him and Sengun in the future when they are both finished products as scorers.
