Retail Giant Costco Sues Trump 2.0 for Tariff Refunds Costco has joined an expanding coalition of retail companies taking the Trump administration to court over its tariff policies. The warehouse chain is suing to solidify eligibility for tariff refunds should the Supreme Court invalidate Trump 2.0's global "reciprocal" duties. I'm shocked it has taken this long. I'm guessing the combination of big companies trying to kiss up to Trump and knowing tariffs are a bigger negative to small competitors are why they haven't previously sued.
