Reed has 4 shot attempts in the first half, 2 of those his own steals for a fast break, one where he ran up for a 3 and sunk it So basically only really shot the ball once from a pass from teammates. Part of it he needs to be more aggressive but I don't like that all he does is run up and hand KD the ball.
He isn't reliant on FVV I don't think. But he excelled in the dunker spot when Sengun was in the post being doubled - because Amen's instinct to cut to the basket mixed with Sengun's ridiculous vision and passing from the post meant it was a devastating duo. Udoka his both of them literally playing to their weaknesses instead of their strengths this season. It's disgusting.
Okay, it’s clear that Reed is our 3rd best player. Amen still having hard time finding offensive looks while Reed is still getting double team beyond the arc with KD on the floor giving free looks to Durant is wild. Definitely Reed is higher up on defensive assignments as top 3 scorer
its not just missed shots but how he is...straight up dropping the ball and doing dumb stuff. I think he's hurt/concussed
No let him play through it. This game is a blowout and Amen needs Developmental minutes more than Reed. He has to realize he can’t just out athletic everybody. He has to develop some craft and more will to His game.
Yeah Amen needs to LIVE in that dunker's spot - he can literally farm that spot for at least 10 easy points every game.
