I believe it. This thread looks like it was started by someone that doesn't watch basketball.

If I was a Grizzlies fan I wouldn't watch basketball either.

I will say this. As I’ve gotten older i purely watch basketball as a pass time. I don't get too overly mad about losses anymore.

Between timeouts, challenges and refs reviewing possible flagrants, there are just way too many stoppages. The stoppages is killing the sport. Challenges and reviews should take no more than 20 seconds to decide and should be reviewed by someone already in front of a monitor. They have to do a better job moving the game along.

The 80's/90's were great because you felt like the players in rivalry games hated each other. Now they are making so much money, it's a lovefest after every game.

Hahah. I remember you. Something about the Grizzlies being the shield to the Warriors spear.

Then again, the Grizzlies have been downhill ever since so no wonder you aren't as active. That says a little something about you though.

There’s always something you can find to complain about, but I find the current state of basketball pretty fun to watch. Whether due to the current crop of superstars or just evolution of the game, it seems the dominant style of play has settled into a good middle ground between the grind out 2000s and the three-happy 2010s.

Maybe I’m biased because the current Rockets are so fun to watch, but I haven’t enjoyed watching the NBA this much since early the early Harden years.

I don't think I have followed the grizzlies for 5 years now. Part of it is my war against cord cutting. Plus, I just don't have time to devote to watching games that don't really matter. Everyone makes the playoffs. Games are boring for the most part. No defense. There's a lot of reasons, although the current team isn't my favorite. Nothing will ever come close to grit and grind.

    How convenient.

You haven't followed the grizzlies since they were good.

Just say that bro, it's much less word salad. No one here respects you either way, whether you lie or not, considering how bad your takes were.

I like defense. Also, I was a grizzlies fan WAY before they were actually good. I was a Rudy Gay homer. I didn't like Steve Francis either.

Tell the truth, I mainly watch the Rockets only. Dont really care about other teams to watch random NBA games, other than for their record.

I find it suspicious that all of a sudden Finalist Pacers cannot win 2 straight games.....
