Part of me wishes I had the confidence to keep embarrassing myself defending a terrible take like an idiot.

It takes time and frankly skill to do those little things . Not everyone can do it

I never thought cam looked that athletic . He doesn't have the lateral quickness of a very good defender . He is strong for his age and has height .

    Okogie is a good player

JD looks ok so far , but he has a very small role and if I were betting on if he plays in the playoffs my answer would be no unless we are in serious injury trouble

It's obviously my preference that Tate find his form again , but he looks straight up bad this season . And I'm the biggest Tate fan here . I'm glad they sent him down to the g League to find his game a bit , because I think he can be equal or better than okogie and that type of player is great for us .

Us trading Cam was doing him a favor , but he hasn't earned minutes on a much more wide open team . That's his fault .

I saw him last game sitting on the bench showing no emotion whatsoever. The rest of the team was standing and cheering the team on and high-fiving CJ as he was going for 47 points. Cam just looked unbothered and it was very noticeable. Wishing him the best, I was a huge Cam supporter, but that was bad.

You have to have worked in the real world with people like Cam to understand Cam. DD came up and made money on the internet bubble working with upper middle class folk. That is fine. Cam has probably been pretty well off since he was old enough to get compensated under the table for his abilities but obviously there is some personality disturbances there. Nothing major but it reminds me of Royce White in a way. I like the kid but I do think it has gone on long enough to think that it will always be a part of him. Very much how Jalen will always have some of the unsightly part of his personalities exist. Some of these guys (Like the Thompson twins or Jabari) are just raised different.

When you have young people like that, you have to intercept them pretty early in life to eliminate that stuff. Sprinkle in a bit of silver spoon aura from being the basketball stud and you end up just OK in the NBA. I don't project he just magically puts it together. Probably better than Terrance Williams but I don't think he would be doing us any good on the team. Attitude and teamwork above everything.

I run restaurants with many Cam's inside of them. Brilliant young people who are entitled and raised in this horrible society we have damaged over the last 30 years. It rarely works out. I will talk with folks a few times about stuff like this but always end up giving them the boot.
