I had asked about this cat on another thread (if he was a local celeb or what): as a Rocket fan (since 84) whose never been to Houston, the announcing that you can hear through the TV broadcasts is SUPER-WEAK! Two posts up the poster claimed that the announcer is poor because the crouds are lame: his job is to get people psyched. Likely a nice guy, but the announcing is embarrasing. The music selection sounds like it could use editing too, but they don't play that over the tube: "confessions" sounds a little off base.
