I can't recall the last time an NFL player missed 3 weeks because of it unless they took a brutal hit but CJ didn't even get hit in the head, it was a whiplash Even the last time he got a concussion, the hit wasn't even that bad. It's not like he got folded like Tua and yes I've actually had a concussion before. Didn't take me no damn 21 days either to feel better and I was in a fight lol

True story. Was riding in the back of a truck in San Marcos sitting on top of some inflated inner tubes getting ready to ride the river. Uncle took a hard left turn and tossed me from the bed of the truck to the side of the road. Landed on my head and broke two toes some how. I was also concussed. Still rode the river. I didn't find out all this until later that evening when we went to the emergency room. Concussions are super different. All I got was tired. Light sensitivity and other symptoms are far worse than my little bout with the drowsies. Ps those two toes are the only bones I ever broke. And I'm 58.
He's missing three *games* not three weeks. He's back on the practice field today, which means he was out 15 days. If they played Sunday, he'd almost certainly be playing this week. When a player enters the protocol, they cannot engage in *any* football activity until they are cleared to do so. No film work or game planning, let alone throwing and practicing. They are shut down. So the short week isn't just about clearing the protocol - it means he's unlikely to have done *any* football activities for two weeks. *That's* the biggest reason he's unlikely to play.
