Kudos to the Rocks for fighting out a close, tough game against maybe the best team in the league all without T-Mac in the lineup, love seeing Yao step up to the challenge... Still can't believe EG played against us, and played well... Lakers play a road back to back with Orlando up first tonight, we should get'em weary, maybe T-Mac should rest again? We'll see...
Last night....he wanted to play...but the trainer hd ben saying all day that he would not play.(heard from J Hagedorn in the pregame) also said that Keith Jones(the trainer) said he was optimistic that TMac wouldbe able to play SAturday against the Lakers.
Does anyone know if the game on Sat. will be on any local coverage? I know its on NBATV and FSN is not picking the game up. Does this mean ch.51 will telecast the game?
what makes you think FSN isnt picking this up? the way they talked on the pre and post game shows...it will be on FSNSW....
I thought during the broadcast last night, they said the next game was New Jersey on Monday. I don't think they mentioned the Sat. game, but I could be wrong.
I hope Rox be conservative on TMac injury. A completely recovered TMac is more important than one game. We have very long and hopefully fun exciting season to go.
hmm....could be...its hard to pay attention to everything being said...they spent so much time talking up the Laker game and Rudy coming back...I just assumed they were showing it. damn....now that Im used to the MUCH clearer picture form FSN...going back to 51 is gonna suck.
Well hopefully kobe with his foot trouble will be out of the game and so maybe we can rest t-mac as we should be able to handle a laker team w/o kobe.
as far as I know the only way a game is exclusive is when its on ABC,ESPN, or TNT. Even then, more often than not the local station will air the game. NBA TV is not really a nationally televised game because not all providers carry the channel and for people like me its extra $ to get it. Besides I cant stand the NBA TV coverage, they will probably carry the KCAL 9 feed from here in LA with former rocket Stu Lantz. They always have the annoying ticker at the bottom and when they cut out to show scores at time, the screen where the game is going on is ridiculously small.

I'm glad it's going to be on NBA TV Saturday, because my League Pass channels went on the fritz, and T/W can't come out to fix it until Monday. Uh, it better be, anyway. Sure hope T-Mac is OK for the game, and doesn't make anything worse. And I hope they show the reception Rudy T is going to get. Should be awesome!
I hope that they show it all on the KNWS broadcast...they normally dont show much of anything other than Bill, Bull, Van, Jeff and Coop talking most iof the time...no starting lineups or any of the extra stuff you have happeneing at the games...at least FSN shows some of it... but since it is gonna be on 51...I might be screwed...
I will be making the trip down from Austin to catch the game. It will be my first trip to the Toyota Center so I am stoked!
