Before last night, Blazers worst loss this year was by 8. Then, enter Rockets... 24

Rockets were less than 1 minute away from b2b games with 40-point / 0-TO 1st quarters.

Rockets are crushing souls early, then keeping foot on gas.

A top West seed will likely face the Kawhi/Harden Clippers. Who thinks Detroit would be favored against a healthy Clippers team come playoffs. They took Denver 7 games, 1st round, last year, then were on vacation before right afterwards. Per usual, the West is a beast.

That Steven Adams signing might be the most underrated genius moves in the nba.

Yea….. I dunno, I’ve seen Shaq do some very violent things to the rim, the backboard, and the entire goalpost itself.

Yeah, can't believe we got Adams for 2nd round picks and re-signed him for bench money. He could easily be starting for a contender IMO. For comparison, Ivica Zubac is getting paid nearly twice as much on his new deal. I do not think he is anywhere near twice as good as Steven.

Portland tries to play similarly to us, but they're not there yet. Everybody's just trying to fit into the latest NBA trend and be the next team to play fast and not let the defense get set up from the looks of it, and Portland's just another team doing it. Loved how we kept up with them when they tried to do the usual go up-tempo and force turnovers. We protected the ball (only 6 TO's - 3 by that scrub Durant!) and didn't turn the ball over, which, along with the still good 3 pt. shooting is what kept us out in front.

I watched Amen destroy Shaedon Sharpe's "defense" by blowing by him multiple times in this game. I don't know how somebody can be so supremely gifted athletically on offense and be that meh/bad on defense. But then, I'm sure Amen's defense also had something to do with it. Shaedon kind of reminds me a much less selfish Cam Whitmore who gives some effort on defense. lol.

Coolest moment came when Sharpe dunked on Jabari, and Jabari went back to the other side and drained a 3 on him. The replay showed how deflated Sharpe got on that shot. Like an "aww DAMN!" expression. :D

I wouldn't mind a Jrue Holiday on this team.

Don’t think there’s anyway to make it work unless FVV agreed to be traded there but Jrue Holiday would be a perfect fit on this team.

I think Reed should start chewing on a mouthguard obnoxiously... teams might start confusing him for steph and send more defenders at him freeing up Durant and Alpi...

I think he’s always been an extremely underrated player too. First year on Milwaukee and they win the championship then goes to Boston and they win it his first year there. Huge impact for both of those teams.

He kind of does it all, can guard up or down at a high level, pass, shoot, pretty good at just about everything on the court, no obvious elite offensive skill. One of those guys who's been low key providing all-star level value throughout most of his career but only actually got on an all-star team a couple of times because it's not flashy.

I’d give up a future 1st for him. Just for the chips that follow him. Of course I had the same rationale behind drafting Reed because you know, Kentucky guard.

Yeah, I'll leave the salary cap stuff to others, but I was just talking about the player - he'd be awesome. Plus anybody that could take out Tari Eason with his butt is something special.

He just seems to play a very team-centric, winning style of ball. He will do whatever you ask him to: score, defend, facilitate, all of it

Will never be answered, but I watched Shaq play. The answer is clearly no to me as much as I like Adams, but that's just one man's opinion.
