KD is correct: Rockets don't win this game without Reed. He was the spark everytime the Rockets trail badly.
He's definitely been stacking good games, I hope he continues to build on these and keep getting better - he's starting to show us why he was the 3rd pick of the draft recently with his motor and shot-making abilities. He still has a long way to go, with being targeted on the defensive side and tightening up his handle to better play the PG spot, but overall I've been happy with what he's brought to the team.
I missed the game. He's one of those guys where I am more pissed when he hesitates and doesn't shoot It doesn't matter if he's 0-10, needs to shoot the rock anytime he's open
He’s got all of the tools for a long and very good NBA career. If he was on a **** team he’d be the first option and we would be talking about how we all knew he was going to be great in the NBA.
If Reed was on Warriors where Kerr can bring out best of the shooter he would be a menace. I honestly believe the defense work he did this offseason was actually negative for his development. They should’ve just worked on his strength his shooting and stamina, defense is least of the worries and they get better once they get more experience playing and it takes a long time for undersize guards.
He is shooting 47.9% from three on 48 attempts this year through nine games. If you want to be mad about Ime stunting Reed's development, I can point out that Reed only had 142 attempts from three all last year.
If you have the means to watch the game, I'd just start it in the second half to see what Reed brought. He was incredible starting late in the 3rd and throughout the 4th quarter.
Meh, he’s getting better, which is what’s supposed to happen. I’ll wait another month or two before drawing strong conclusions about his play. It was a rocky start but the last two games have been positive.
