    Again, I don't disagree. Basically, individual Rtg is team Rtg when the individual is playing.

    The smaller portion of the lineup's Rtg (one being the smallest, five being the largest) the less meaningful it is. Rtg (and all +/- stats) is not only opponent dependent, it's also teammate dependent. When you are looking at one single player, the numbers depend on so many variables (all the possible combinations of the other 9 guys on the floor) that have nothing to do with that player's performance.

    My whole point is that individual OffRtg and DefRtg aren't very useful because the noise is much louder than the voice.
