On one side you have Jerry Jones and Al Davis pretending to be the genius that runs the show

On the other you have Cal flipping burgers in the parking lot.

Somewhere in between is where you want it, I assume.

They’ve certainly placed their trust in the wrong people at times, no argument here.

And yet, those are two owners that won multiple super bowls. Although you could easily argue that they prevented even more with their meddling.

Al Davis was a great coach and exec until he got older and the league passed him by. Jerry Jones surfed on Jimmy Johnson's coattails until his ego couldn't handle it any more and fired him for the Barry Switzer puppet experience...and took over GM duties...and hasn't won a damn thing since.

You're the low iq person. They had a first down with 25 seconds left. Calling a timeout helps the broncos there the Texans aren't getting the ball back there you basically were giving the Broncos an extra timeout. They decided to run the clock out but nonetheless we gave them an extra timeout because Demeco legit didn't understand the situation

The Patriots scouts who make up the Texans front office are still committed to the players they found, results be damned.

Problem is, you bench him and start Scruggs at C then you have to start Tomlinson at G

A death by a thousand cuts SUCKS, CJ actually was doing an OK job, long time-consuming drives to start the game, the Broncos were held to minimal chances before CJ got hurt. Davis Mills is so vanilla I think Mertz is a better option. Running it on 3 straight plays from the one is the epitome of the mindset of this team, Demeco wants to "will" the team to score but the truth is the quality of this O Line SUCKS and you just cant will it into existence.............the play calling by the Texans on the last drive was pathetic, RUN the ball and drain the GD clock. Nick and the OC have to go and Demeco gets one last chance, this is a HUGE waste of SB caliber D

Thank God he shaved the mustache. Lol
6 plays inside the 2 are the difference between 5-3. I know it's the NFL but at the 1 yrd line, that's easy money for 31 teams.

If this damn team had just a scintilla of an offense, not an average or even below average offense, just a level right above dog ****, they could be one of the best teams in the league. Unfortunately, offense is at a level right below dog ****....complete waste of an elite defense. We have games where we are winning turnover battles, yardage, and time of possession and LOSE.

Caserio fumbled the OC hire and O-Line build so horribly.

Also, after 3 quarters of Davis Mills...we must hang onto CJ and actually construct an offense that doesn't fail him. This was reminder of how bad the football is when you are in QB purgatory, Mills/Osweiler/Tyrod/Savage/Mallet/Hoyer days just make me shudder.

Indeed. Last 3 quarters were unwatchable on the offensive side. Watching Mills from his rookie year to now it’s basically the same damn qb

Does Texans Cap have one for rushing first downs? We've been stuck at 13 for 3 weeks, which is near last. Don't know who is first just curious.
But they do go hand in hand. It also slows down a pass rush and opens up windows when defenses are scared of your running game.

I don't know what the analytics say on the fullback dive play, but that has to be one of the lowest percentage plays in football right?
