Same and let’s hope indeed. There were several occasions where he looked off guys to go for his. I am not sure he still has the team first mentality. Let’s see over the next 10-20 games.

I came here hoping to see an apology from Tari and all I got was someone expecting me to apologize to Tari!

I was glad to see the better version of Tari last night. Better even than last years version. He really seemed to be playing within himself and not going at 11 all the time. More like a steady 7 or 7.5. If he keeps playing like that he will have been very smart to bet on himself and I will be sad to see him go if he goes.

I never gave up on Tari, because he SHOWED what he can do last yr and if you look back, I said it was his mental, which he alluded to in this Postgame interview.

I thought it was the contract situation but it was that coupled with his father's passing, which Im sure will take time. Its strange how people give some players grace and others we want to TRADE them after a few bad games.

Nets were one of the worst teams last year and beat our asses twice. Any team can win on any given day and they don’t come easy.

People who turned on Tari from just 2 bad games are casuals.

We have to suffer a lot of fair-weather loudmouth, walking talking dunning-kruger effect casuals here on CF. Same as it always was.

And Toronto just kicked the Cavs butts. Teams are still getting in sync this early in the season, especially those teams with a lot of new personnel like the Rockets.

Yup. And we destroyed Toronto even though we had sort of an average effort from our team and Toronto shot 3s like prime Curry. And now Toronto whoops Cavs? That must mean we’re invincible!? Is that how this works? lol

Tari's body language is so much better and his 3 point shot is looking smooth. He can shoot the mid range jumper now as well. When Tari plays well, everything becomes easier for the Houston Rockets. Go Tari! Go Houston Rockets!

I never lost faith in Tari, but I thought he overestimated his market value.

Tari has the body and skills to be the next Kawhi, unfortunately I think he will always have low bball IQ which will hold him back. This game you can see it in a couple of dumb tos like walking the line and doing dumb fouls. If you can transplant Reed's mind into Tari you will prob have a superstar lol.

reed’s IQ is often exaggerated. I don’t think holding the ball and running to the left corner to shoot a pullup jumper on a bad angle with the defender on his side with the clock winding down is high “IQ”. Or holding the ball waiving off durant and Amen then dribbling into 2 guys in the paint only to panic and throw it back out to the perimeter with 1 second on the shot clock is smart. He did this in a couple games this year not to mention that passes that go to no one. I don’t think Tari plays that dumb in my opinion. He isn’t consistently selfishly jacking up shots like Wood or driving into 4 people like KPJ putting up awkwardly difficult shots in the paint.

On offense Reed has a very high bball IQ, he just doesnt have the body to leverage on it.

like what though? I haven’t seen it consistently. I posted this earlier from tonight’s game.

Example: inbounds play. He comes off a screen into a DHO from Sengun then drives to the paint. He had a cutting Amen and wide open left corner 3 with Tari. What does he do? He decides to dish off to Capela 12 ft away in the right short corner who rotates to Sengun with 4 seconds left to rush a one on one drive from up top. This is low IQ.
