Once again, he helped set the bank accounts up for Ohtani because he couldn’t speak English when he initially came over here. He called the bank impersonating Ohtani - there’s literally audio recordings of this that have been released to the public - and the control is they send a text to the phone number linked to the account. It was Ippei’s cell number as he helped set the accounts up initially. Why would the bankers go to prison for this? Lmao.
