I'm on up to page 11 again and wasting time. It's not impossible to know, but more accurately, it's probably too difficult to convict.

Page 7 through 11 are all about Biden knowingly he has classified docs and notes that he took about them in his garage. What made Biden less criminal than Trump was that Biden gave them back. But it's still criminal to knowingly take them. Okay, I'm going to be stop reading this report for a few days.

Kim on page 9 that you reference the special counsel literally says he doesn't even know if biden placed the documents there and doesn't know if biden even knew the all documents were there. The only evidence that Hurr refers to about biden knowingly had the documents were when he told his ghost writer he had "some documents downstairs." Nowhere in the report does Hurr ever cite any other evidence that Biden knew what documents were there.

"Another viable defense is that Mr. Biden might not have retained the classified. Afghanistan documents in his Virginia home at all. They could have been stored, bymistake and without his know ledge, at his Delaware home since the time he was vicepresident, as were other classified documents

We searched for such additional evidence and found it wanting. In particular, no witness, photo, email, text message, or any other evidence conclusively places the Afghanistandocuments at the Virginia home in 2017.In addition to this shortage of evidence, there are other innocent explanationsfor the documents that we cannot refute."

Whatever you may think of the case Trumps situation was 1000x worst as he knowingly moved the documents after being asked by them. Biden was never asked for the documents back

We can agree that Trump committed crimes dealing with retaining classified docs and not cooperating with returning them. Where we disagree is that I think Biden committed crimes to a lesser degree. From the report:

    page 3
Despite Mr. Biden·s advice, President Obama ordered a surge of additional U.S. troops, and Mr. Biden's views endured sharp criticism from others within and outside of the administration. But he always believed history would prove him right. He retained materials documenting his opposition to the troop surge, including a classified handwritten memo he sent President Obama over the 2009 Thanksgiving holiday, and related marked classified documents. FBI agents recovered these materials from Mr. Biden's Delaware garage and home office in December 2022 and January 2023.
    ...
    page 6
Notebooks containing classified information. FBI agents recovered from unlocked drawers in the office and basement den of Mr. Biden's Delaware home a set 6 of notebooks he used as vice president. Evidence shows that he knew the notebooks contained classified information. Mr. Biden wrote down obviously sensitive information discussed during intelligence briefings with President Obama and meetings in the White House Situation Room about matters of national security and military and foreign policy. And while reading his notebook entries aloud during meetings with his ghostwriter, Mr. Biden sometimes skipped over presumptively classified material and warned his ghostwriter the entries might be classified, but at least three times Mr. Biden read from classified entries aloud to his ghostwriter nearly verbatim.
    ...

Again, we'll just have to agree to disagree because I'm spending too much time on this. I think Hur's report is saying Biden probably committed crimes, but that conviction is not a certainty due to the possible defenses. It's a lesser crime than Trump's, but still criming.

You are an honest individual who debates in good faith and I respect you. I just think by grouping both Trump and Biden into one basket you are doing a great disservice to the rule of law. Trump's crimes with respect to January 6 and attempting to install fake electors against the wishes of state legislatures is much worst than any document case. Trump did everything he could to overturn the 2020 election even going as far as asking governors to go against state law and manipulate the vote tally.

You are right in the sense that Biden definitely could've handled the documents better and that's on him. Pence/Clinton/Biden/Carter all handled classified documents badly.

GOP-led Oversight Committee says Biden pardons signed by autopen are ‘void’ in final report

This is remarkably good news. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

House Republican blowhards just created a mechanism for prosecuting the entire dirty Trump administration after Trumpy issues blanket pardons. His own sycophants just short-circuited Trump's whole scamy thievery machine.

    Thanks House Republicans!

I suspect that Trump is going to make sure nothing ever comes from this besides some public grandstanding.

For someone who "moved to Denmark to avoid American politics " you sure spend a lot of time on them. Everyone knows you lied

Do you not realize how utterly batshit crazy it is for the President to launch a fake dollar thats pegged to the US dollar? Trump is literally running a fake currency thats pegged to the dollar and profiting millions off of it. On top of the guy whos launching this fake dollar was literally convicted for aiding terrorists and pedophiles.

This is corruption on another level we've never seen before in history

Trying to remember what provision in the Constitution that allows for Congress to dictate or have the ability to void pardons.

Does anyone honestly think trumpybear hand signed all 1,500 Jan 6 pardons on the first day of his administration? Seemed like he was pretty busy that day...but it might also explain all of the bruising.
