Durant traded to Houston for Green, Brooks, #10 pick, and multiple 2nd rounders

    He made the team better but when you lose another important piece we aren’t comparing apples to apples how do you not get that…even if we made no trade we’d be struggling without Fred. What 11 games did we win last year and this year without Fred.?

    It is the worse player's responsibility to fit with the better players. KD fits with Amen and Sengun. JSJ does a lot of the same things KD does defensively such that JSJ or KD have to be on the perimeter more. JSJ lacks playmaking. Okogie is a low volume shooter and lacks playmaking.

    I expect Reed will play better, but he's got to be looked at as the biggest problem the 1st 2 games. Even with all the other problems, the Rockets have been pretty good when Reed wasn't on the court. Whine all you want, but Reed would be on the court less if FVV was healthy until Reed earned PT.
