I wish he would just play and go up strong like jokic. We dont want to see the arms flare like harden anymore.

It’s not an IQ thing, it’s a toughness thing. Tonight against Detroit Sengun played soft. Not going up strong, playing to draw fouls, flopping, not boxing out, complaining. It’s a rough watch, and now without FVV, it’s almost a guaranteed loss when he plays like this.

Long-term, it’s not that concerning because we already know he steps up in big games. (Season opener vs OKC, Euro basket, playoffs vs GSW, etc).

But it’s disappointing this **** still happens often in his 3rd year now with Ime.

He needs a reliable and unblocksble move to be the closer. His baby hook could work, but his counter moves are so low to the ground he’s susceptible to getting blocked… and that makes him unreliable as an iso closer.

Hard to believe we still get stupid threads like this. Some of you guys should pull the trigger and become full fledge Suns fans and join a Suns messageboard. Your boy Jalen will need a lot of defending once he starts playing.

His BBIQ is sky high. He also isn't soft. But something I noticed over the years: I wouldn't say that he is a streaky player but often right after a really big game, he struggles in the next.

Like in Eurobasket he had his best game of the tournament against Jokic and Serbia but then struggled in the following game against Sweden, a much weaker opponent.

I don't think that this is a stamina issue but maybe more of a mental thing. I don't know if my claim is right, I am also too lazy to look it up but after the OKC game I had a feeling that he would have a difficult time against Detroit.

Your obsession with players who no longer play here is fascinating

Don’t agree at all that he’s a defensive liability. And he’s clearly in his head. Instead of taking a moderately difficult floater on that last pick and roll with KD he kept it looking for a better play/pass.

My number one complaint with him is his constant b****ing. Quit crying and play.

He's playing too far out from the post. I don't know if it's a coach issue or a clogged paint issue. Also needs to go back to his hookshots. We're not going to win a lot of games relying on fadeaways flamingo shots from Bari and Sengun.

    Please watch some Scola highlights

They let Jabari, Sengün, Amen, Durant dribble way too much, I remember a sequence at the start when Amen dribbled thru people like a toddler and lost it times and regained it and lost it again.

    Players that are not guards.

    Not professional basketball like.

The no look pass against OKC with under 40 seconds left down by 1 with a guy open in the corner was pretty smart
