    Cal/Hannah will either have to pay Cary off and/or sell the team because of their dirty pool playing. Go checkout Trish Whitcomb's stuff on this.

    No problem guys. Tomorrow is a really important day.

    Buzbee will be in court in an attempt to reopen discovery because Rusty backed out an agreement after he knew who Buzbee was planning to depose.

    Also, the other plantiff, absolutely does have mental and intellectual disabilities, her attorney will be in court 45 minutes before Buzbee in an attempt to force Watson to answer questions whether he had knowledge of her disability and whether he lied about informing the Texans of his activities. She also requested all records from Easterby and any communications the Texans had with law enforcement which may show prior knowledge.

    Easterby’s first deposition will take place Wednesday.

    He absolutely will have no choice. The HPD detective interviewed multiple Texans employees at that time, including the contracting massage owner who worked with the team. Both Buzbee and this other attorney have these interviews. What they reveal? Well for starters, multiple massage therapists knew Watson would bring a smaller towel and push boundaries. Also, one massage therapist, Watson had a nonconsensual encounter with that led to a relationship, and was referring women to other players to pay for sex. It was a trafficking ring.

    I cannot believe the McNairs will allow this to drag on much longer. When a complete scumbag owns you like this, you gotta pay the toll and move on.

    What if this isn't only about Cary getting paid? Or what if he wins in court and gets paid 1/4 of the 7 billion dollars the Texans franchise is worth? Plus whatever the NFL will have to pay because of their part of the shady ownership changeover? Reading Trish Whitcomb's stuff is very interesting. Buzbee and Kirsh law firm have the goods on Cal/Hannah/God'ells shady dealing in regards to Watson and the change of ownership.

    Might actually be worse. Cal don’t have that kind of money laying around and he ain’t selling the Team. Which very likely means PRIVATE EQUITY.

    He will have to sell the team, the NFL doesn't like family ownership squabbles. See: the Bowlen family.

    Are you familiar with the Kirsch law firm?

    They're power players in New York/New Jersey/Boston etc.... That's who Buzbee has hired to assist him with this case and from what I've read from Whitcomb they've got a good case.
