    This was a great game and I am feeling overwhelmingly positive. But this is why overacting to a Reed pre season game is so dumb

    It's honestly embarrassing from an OKC standpoint they didn't win in regulation by double digits.

    Fitsrt game together against the champions and lose by one is not the worst outcome that could happen. Seems like reed was out of place but got to learn to embrace these situations.

    Two things I think Reed needs to absolutely improve on:

    1. on-ball defense. I swear to god if you’re letting 3 and D guys blow by you, it’s gonna be tough to have a role in the NBA

    2. reading the game—if he’s going to be our lead guard he needs to know who to get the ball to, and realize that maybe KD is a better option than Okogie in the corner.

    I hope experience is all he needs to fix these things. I really do have high hopes for him

    This game encapsulates the risk in relying on KD to do too much. He's just not going to be able to dominate the ball and possessions like he used to. We need a reliable ball handler who can get the ball to KD/Sengun in their spots so they don't expend too much energy bringing the ball up. And who also isn't a sieve on defense.

    We will win plenty of games in the regular season but we are not contenders until we address that.

    Reed Sheppard should've Started, he was obviously disappointed coming off the bench instead for Frankenstein Steven Adams.

    The lack of a rim attackers seems to be more of a concern than another point guard. After Amen went out nobody could get to the goal without a struggle. Nobody could collapse the defense and make the pass to an open teammate.

    Repeatedly ribbling around nowhere for 10 seconds, then picking up his dribble and getting trapped and turning it over was eye opening too. I think I'm out on Sheppard, get him off my team

    JD Davison not playing hurt the Team so much. Horrific Player Decisions by Ime Udoka.

    JD Davison not even playing 1 minute. His Shooting was needed along with better defense. Horrific.

    He would've done better defense on Cason Wallace and SGA.
