KILT 610 is reporting that Bob Sura will meet with doctors tomorrow and could be cleared to practice as soon as the weekend. He apprently has made excellent progress and worked his ass off in rehab. Assuming he could practice soon, that could make him availalble to return to the lineup before the end of the month, about 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

The earlier the better... there's always an "adjustment" period, and as soon as this team gets used to playing together, I honestly believe they'll be an elite team.

awesome news.. wow im glad to hear something new I've been starved for Rox news lately.

The sooner BSura gets out there and gets used to running this team the sooner we become an elite team.

Wow - that's quite a bit sooner than originally expected.

Cool, although I have to say Charlie Ward is better than I thought he would be on the court.

That is grrrrrrreat to hear! I almost forget about the guy. Ward and Lue are starting to show some promise so he'll have to earn his way back in.

not to be pessimistic or harsh but

    BOB SURA . . . DON'T RUSH IT

I would hate for something to happen to him
and we be stuck with Lue and Ward for the rest of the year

better Sura for mid december on . .
than he come in for a month and then be gone for the season

Keep him out as long as he says and then keep him out some more, nobody wants to see him play for a few weeks and reinjure himself because he came back too soon.

Let's not expect too much from Sura...he has always been a low-percentage shooter (FG and FT and threes), is more turnover prone than Ward and is not consistent overall.

As a sparkplug off the bench, yes, but I'm not sure he's the savior some seem to expect.

I think it was a good signing for depth, not more, not less.

Sura or no sura...I really don't see the difference. The most outstanding stat from last season is his rebounding 8.9.

This is AWSOME news!!! Im soo excited!!
This also shows that Bob Sura is a team player for workin his ass off in rehab beucase he wants to play. Dont forget his contract is garanteed he coulda took it easy but he didnt, that does wonders for him in my grade book :)

I'm glad to hear that he is better but coming back slowly and being productive later in the season is more important than coming back quickly right now.
